Your Acceptance
BY USING AND/OR VISITING THIS WEBSITE (collectively, including all content available through the sfiffa.com domain name, other websites, mobile applications, online forums, online communities and/or any online platforms operated by SFIFFA, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or, if you are under 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the SFIFFA Platforms. By using the SFIFFA Platforms, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you use the SFIFFA Platforms after the Organization has posted updated Terms, this use will be deemed to signify your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Website.

SFIFFA Website

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the SFIFFA Platforms, including users who are also contributors of videos, clips, sounds, images, snaps, content, information, and any other materials or services on the Website. The SFIFFA Platforms may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by SFIFFA. SFIFFA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, SFIFFA will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the SFIFFA Platforms, you expressly relieve SFIFFA from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware that when you leave the SFIFFA Platforms, read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.

Platform Access

A. SFIFFA hereby grants you permission to use the SFIFFA Platforms as set forth in this Terms of Service, provided that:

• Your use of the Website as permitted is solely for your personal, non-commercial use;
• You will not copy or distribute any part of the Website in any medium without SFIFFA's prior written authorization;
• You will not alter or modify any part of the Website other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Website for its intended purpose; and
• You will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service;
• In addition to these Terms, you will comply with rules for contests, promotions, and campaigns including eligibility requirements.

B. In order to access some features of the SFIFFA Platforms, you will have to create an account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, as mentioned below and such other information as may be requested:

• Email Address
• Account Password
• First Name
• Last Name (optional)
• City of Residence (optional)
• Gender (optional)
• Date of Birth (optional)

You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify SFIFFA immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Although SFIFFA will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of SFIFFA or others due to such unauthorized use.

You can use your login details to access some features on SFIFFA Website. As soon as User logins to the Platforms, we store some cookies, for the identification of the user.

C. SFIFFA Platforms serves advertisements from the Standard Google Publisher (DFP). These advertisements come in different sections of the pages, with different sizes. e.g. Homepage, Section Pages, Article Details Pages. Third-party Advertisement Publishers store some cookies. It helps them to serve you better / relative advertisements on the next visit.

D. The cookies stored by the login form are used for the following reasons:

• Internal Record Keeping
• To improve our SFIFFA Platforms and to ensure that content is presented in a suitable manner for you and for your computer
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service when you choose to do so
• As part of our efforts to keep our SFIFFA Platforms safe and secure
• To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to deliver relevant advertising to you

E. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., that accesses the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the SFIFFA servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SFIFFA grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. SFIFFA reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Website, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Website for any commercial solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Website with respect to their User Submissions.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the SFIFFA Platforms, except all User Submissions (as defined below), including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to SFIFFA, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Indian, foreign laws and international conventions. Content on the SFIFFA Platforms is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. SFIFFA reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the SFIFFA Platforms and the Content. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of User Submissions of third parties obtained through the SFIFFA Platforms for any commercial purposes. If you download or print a copy of the Content for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the SFIFFA Platforms or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the SFIFFA Platforms or the Content therein.

User Submissions

A. The SFIFFA Platforms permit the submission via uploads to the SFIFFA Platforms including without limitation the SFIFFA Community (i.e. the online community including without limitation any bulletin boards, forums, communities and chat rooms) of photos, videos, audio clips, texts or any other material or communications submitted by you and other users ("User Submissions") and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submissions. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, SFIFFA does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions and/or submissions.

B. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that:

you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize SFIFFA to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the SFIFFA Platforms and these Terms of Service; and

you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the SFIFFA Platforms and these Terms of Service. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting the User Submissions to SFIFFA, you hereby grant SFIFFA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the SFIFFA Platforms and SFIFFA's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the SFIFFA Platforms (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the SFIFFA Platforms a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the SFIFFA Platforms and under these Terms of Service. The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete a User Submission from the SFIFFA Platforms.

C. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not:

• submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant SFIFFA all of the license rights granted herein;
• publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage SFIFFA or any third party;
• submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;
• post advertisements or solicitations of business;
• impersonate another person, business or entity, including the Company and its employees and agents;
• submit material that violates or infringes the rights of others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity or other proprietary rights;
• submit material that victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
• submit material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of a computer or computer network;
• encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or that gives rise to civil liability;
• use the SFIFFA Platforms in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of SFIFFA Platforms. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, user accounts, computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means. We may take any legal and technical remedies to prevent the violation of this provision and to enforce the Terms;
• resell or charge others for use of or access to the SFIFFA Platforms, or in any other manner inconsistent with these Terms;
• duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the SFIFFA Platforms in any medium without SFIFFA's prior written authorization;
• attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the SFIFFA Platform;
• use the SFIFFA Platforms or any of our communication tools to transmit, directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk communications (including but not limited to e-mails and instant messages). You will not harvest information about our users for the purpose of sending, or to facilitate the sending, of unsolicited bulk communications. You will not induce or allow others to use the SFIFFA Platforms to violate the terms of this section. We may terminate your access or use of the SFIFFA Platforms immediately and take any other legal action if you, or anyone using your access to the SFIFFA Platforms violates these provisions and/or the Terms of Service. We may take any technical remedies to prevent unsolicited bulk communications from entering, utilizing, or remaining within our computer or communications networks. You agree not to spam, or solicit for commercial purposes, any users of the SFIFFA Platforms.

D. SFIFFA does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and SFIFFA expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. SFIFFA does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and SFIFFA will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. SFIFFA reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice. SFIFFA will also terminate a User's access to its Website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a User Submission removed from the Website more than twice. SFIFFA also reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. SFIFFA may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

E. You understand that when using the SFIFFA Platforms, you will be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources, and that SFIFFA is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Submissions. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against SFIFFA with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold SFIFFA, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.

F. SFIFFA permits you to link to materials on the SFIFFA Platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes only. In addition, SFIFFA provides an "Embeddable Player" feature, which you may incorporate into your own personal, non-commercial websites for use in accessing the materials on the SFIFFA Platforms, provided that you include a prominent link back to the SFIFFA Platforms on the pages containing the Embeddable Player. SFIFFA reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the SFIFFA Platforms at any time.

G. Comments Policy:

We request our Users to adhere to the following guidelines when posting comments:

• Do not post abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, offensive or sexually explicit material.
• Do not intentionally make false or misleading statements about a specific article, user, the SFIFFA Platforms in general or about anything else.
• Do not offer to sell any product or service without prior permission of the SFIFFA administrators.
• Do not post links to other websites except for source links or with prior permission of the SFIFFA administrators.
• Do not post material that infringes the intellectual property rights, copyrights or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, of any third party.
• Do not post information that you know to be confidential or sensitive or otherwise in breach of any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
• Keep all comments relevant and 'on topic' to the particular posting. If you are not sure about this, please contact the SFIFFA administrators before you do this. If the SFIFFA team notices that any posting is not adhering with these terms and conditions or the intended use of the comments, the SFIFFA team may remove that posting and/or any other related postings. SFIFFA team reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including email) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

So, what happens when a member violates these guidelines or our Terms of Use? It's a simple three-step process.

• Step #1: The friendly warning. This is where we give you the benefit of the doubt. Maybe you didn't realize that what you were doing was in violation of our policies. Or maybe you did realize, but it's not too late for us to show you the error of your ways. Regardless, this should be the last time we have to discuss it with you.
• Step #2: The strong warning. Perhaps we didn't make ourselves clear? This is us giving you one more chance to change your violating ways before we take serious action.
• Step #3: The ban. Please don't let it come to this. If, after repeated warnings and a temporary ban, the behavior continues, your account will be permanently blocked and you'll no longer be welcome on the site. Here's hoping we never get to that point.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SFIFFA, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• your use of and access to the SFIFFA Platforms;
• your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
• your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the SFIFFA Platforms.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.

Assignment

These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by SFIFFA without restriction.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any disputes.
